Position:Privacy Compliance Analyst
JOB REF#:1184042
Duration:6-12 Months (On-Going Contract)
Location:Plano, TX 75024 (90% HYBRID)
Pay Rate:Open/Market Rate (W2)
HYBRID: This role is 90% REMOTE, but you must be able to come ONSITE for quarterly rotations or additional training when needed.
A Global company is seeking to hire a Contract Privacy Analyst to primarily support federal privacy noticing compliance efforts by working directly with the external vendor and internal data teams to ensure notices are delivered on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
Daily Responsibilities:
Supporting the Enterprise Compliance, Legal, Information Security and various Factories.
Assisting Senior Analyst with various responsibilities
Understand internal propriety or versatile systems.
Created to assist in existing, mature business processes and work overflow.
Handling online notices, privacy noticing, change management, handling all projects usage of data, and working with technical team to perform testing to validate remediation s are resolved.
Review and reconciliation of vendor reports and internal data reports regarding daily and annual notice delivery.
Partner with Legal Privacy to validate content of privacy notices (existing and new).
Assist the Senior Privacy Analyst in the oversight and management of the privacy noticing vendor.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
3 years of compliance experience working with in a financial institution
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to identify root cause analysis.; critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving ability (solutions-oriented mindset).
Must be proficient in using MS Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
EDUCATION: Associate degree Bachelor s degree preferred.
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
Data privacy background
Operational compliance experience
Project management skills
Paralegal background
Privacy certifications, i.e., GDPR, CIPM, IAPP is a plus
Knowledge of Visio is a plus
