Subpoena Processing Administrators
Banking Client
Remote- Brookfield, WI and Naperville, IL
$21 / hr $1 per hour worked completion bonus
Responsibilities :
- Intake and assign new subpoenas.
- Work in 6 banking systems to conduct research to determine if we have responsive records.
- Prepare appropriate notification letters, determine deadline, and schedule accordingly.
- Pulls records (in some instances) and prepare notifications and requests to internal departments for banking records.
- Review, redact, and compile responsive records.
- Assist team members with their reviews.
- Send out records pursuant to the identified deadline.
Skills :
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to learn systems in a reasonable timeframe.
Experience :
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat DC
