Shifts Available: AM, PM, NOC. (PRN shifts available)

Pay Range: $35 DOE with $5k Welcome Bonus! We also offer terrific $1/hour shift differentials from 2PM-10PM and $1.50/hour from 10PM-6AM

What you will do:

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
• Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
• Act as a leader to support a team of CNA's
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON

Must have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
• Responsible for Med carts
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

As required by state and local law, Aurora Valley provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Aurora Valley expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
