Here at The Gardens on University, we currently have openings for HAPPY & DEDICATED MED CART nurses to come join our team for coverage across all shifts for FT, PT and PRN coverage. We offer both 8 and 12 hour shifts for convenience. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE and credentials.
We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hours. This will be paid out in $1,000 installments, paid out every 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
- Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
- Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
- Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS
Qualifications:
- Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action against it
- Ability to furnish proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption forms
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
- Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
