Caldera Industries is a locally owned family business, that is growing quickly. We are currently seeking a painter/laborer to join our team and help us grow to the next level. If you are dependable, motivated, enthusiastic, can multitask and are self sustaining as well as the below
- Prepare product for spraying
- Painting or staining cabinets, doors, trim parts to order
- Communicate effectively
- Adjust approach to fill demands on the go
- Time Management; able to get tasks done quickly and productively
- Comfortable engaging with team members
- Self-motivated and able to focus and perform outstanding work consistently
- Willing to do more than what is required
- Take the initiative to teach others
- Enjoy working as a team as well as individually
- Disciplined to show up on time and complete tasks by deadlines
- Don’t procrastinate
