Field Service Supervisor – Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Supervisor
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high service levels. The Service Supervisor must ensure that staffing levels, training and scheduling of Technicians, to address service-related volume.
Mechanically inclined with knowledge of electronics. Highly organized, ability to multi-task detail oriented, excellent communication skills, with frequent multi-tasking. Supervisory experience, proficient with MS Office. Appliance experience preferred.
- Provide technical assistance to Technicians and facility representatives.
- Assist with programming and troubleshooting of Add-Value machines, Debit/Credit machines and laundry equipment.
- Develop a superior knowledge of all mechanical and electrical features of equipment used by CALECO.
- Perform field surveys for equipment at locations for utilities, drains and space to ensure equipment will fit and function properly.
- Track / audit / monitor Technicians via GPS system.
- Visit key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and review service procedures with on-site managers.
- Resolve escaladed service issues and customer complaints.
- Investigate major issues at locations (vandalism, fire and or flood).
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: Minimum of H.S. Degree or GED. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Reports to the Service Manager.
Company vehicle, laptop and cell phone provided.
$55,000-$57,500 based on experience
