SUMMARY
To ensure our business operations goals and client requirements are met, this role is responsible for managing Salesforce.com to achieve optimal performance, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. Will execute a solutions-oriented approach to proactively solve and improve our data structure and business process. Will be responsible for importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data, especially in a MS Excel and Salesforce.com environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our Digital Transformation strategy
Accountable for executing and processing of data change requests
Responsible for maintenance, administration and support of data elements
Ensures metadata, reference documentation, data files and data flows are accurate and up to date
Create mappings between fields in the different sources/systems
Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to data elements; de-duplication and cleaning
Assisting with data analysis in Salesforce and Excel as needed
Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel,
Salesforce and other systems/tools admin support:
User access administration, regular data loads, data validation
Maintain user roles and profiles within Salesforce; ensure hierarchy is up to date Perform special projects as needed
Proven ability and track record in Leadership and Development of team members
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in data management, operations, or business analyst role
com data base knowledge required, Administrator or Developer certification is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros
Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database/SQL skills is a plus
Past experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration and packaged applications
Experience supporting a sales/account management organization, staffing/recruiting a plus
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook required
May require working outside of business hours to resolve emergency issues should they arise
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, internally and externally
Autonomous; self-directed; demonstrate ability to deliver results and maintain a high level of accountability
Strong background in customer service, creative problem solver
Extremely organized and detail oriented, works well under pressure
Adept and follow through and ability to meet deadlines
Strong prioritizing, multitasking, project management, organization, and time management skills
Resourcefulness; proactively seeks out information and resources
Able to make sound decisions in fast paced environment
Effective in evolving culture; operates well in ambiguous situations
Able to prioritize needs among several competing demands
