POSITION SUMMARY
The Servicing Operations Analyst Advanced will develop policy & procedures for the SPOC business line, and begin the migration of the existing content into an online tool. In addition the position will also develop job aides and create agent processes and documenting within the P&P. Content currently includes the documentation of Regulatory Policies, Company Policies, and SPOC Policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create policy and procedure documentation based upon a review of regulations or process and document within the business line manual.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of process workflows, system usage and production of various servicing departments.
- Produce accurate monthly reporting on assigned areas of focus and ensure consistency and accuracy in data, reporting, and results.
- Track, monitor and address exception results from assigned reports and alert management of any issues.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement and quality control initiatives.
- Utilize metrics to drive process and performance improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in operational reporting and process improvement preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Access and Excel, including the ability to utilize the following functions: V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional Formatting, and Pivot Tables are preferred.
- Strong Regulatory knowledge and Single Point of Contact acumen.
- Current, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv, Aspect, or similar system is desired.
- Advanced written communication skills.
- SQL developer skills are highly desired.
