A Boutique Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm based in Encino area is looking for a full-time case manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contacting insurance companies to open claims, gathering police reports, photos, and evidence, resolving property damage claims and rentals, communicating with clients about medical treatment, request medical records to prepare file for demand, and working closely with our experienced attorneys.

To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a minimum of one year experience as a legal assistant or administrative assistant and/or case manager;
- Being able handle at least 100 cases in pre-litigation from from A to Z (including but not limited to: opening
claims, handling PD, retrieving documents, summarizing the bills, giving recorded statement, clearing liability,
and drafting demand
- Great Customer Service and Punctuality
- Great Customer Service, being able to monitor e-mails in real time, team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $25.00 -$30.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:

- Encino, CA 91316: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
