Job Role and Summary
As a damage assessor with Outlaw Rentals your job role and duties are, but not limited to, assessing damages to rental vehicles and compare the before pictures to the returned vehicle. Your job would be to assess the damage take photos and write up an invoice for the damages and provide customer with photos and invoice. It is your job to make sure we follow the rules and regulations of company policy and procedures when writing up invoices for damages. You will go over the vehicle damages along with the before pictures with the customer and make sure they understand what they are being charged for. You will have to travel between store locations when called to assess damages.
