What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at California Food Management LLC?

Job Purpose: To create a fun, enjoyable dining experience with fast friendly service, top quality products and high standards of cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands and communicates with customers and fellow employees.
  • Explains menu offerings, upsells products.
  • Certified Service on Burger King GURU.
  • Processes customer orders through a POS register, counts money and makes change.
  • Understands food preparation and assembly procedures, ensuring sufficient food is prepared for a day’s work and ensuring only top quality products are used.
  • Prepares all food in compliance with health and sanitation codes.
  • Maintains food preparation area, dining room, restrooms and adjacent outside areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Completes customer orders by the pickup and placement of prepared food items and beverages on a serving tray or into carry out bags/containers.
