Lavaggio Detail Center is in search of an outstanding receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities for Concierge:
  • Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
  • Manage guests/customer complaints.
  • Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties.
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces, lobby, refreshment areas, condiments counter and restrooms are always clean and tidy.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc.
  • Running errands to assist guests.
  • Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Act as liaison between the General Manager and staff.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.

Qualifications for Concierge:
  • 1 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
  • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to speak a second language is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize, and manage time.
  • Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends.
  • Salary DOE.
