CalPERS seeks a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) in the Customer Experience Division (CXD), Quality Assurance (QA) Team.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the SSM I will function as the first level manager over the QA Team 2 within the QA Section, and is responsible for the general oversight, management, and daily operations of the unit. The SSM I responsibilities include working through subordinate, analytical, and office support staff to plan, organize, manage, and direct the day-to-day operations of the QA Team. The SSM I will provide oversight for the section and/or division initiatives, special projects, and assignments that are assigned to the QA Team.

Pay: $6,760.00 - $8,398.00 per month
