The Customer Service Clerk supports the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager and Operations department in the performance of daily activities which including obtaining and communicating freight and delivery information, creating and issuing quotes and invoices. Resolving and or communicating customer concerns and complaints to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email. This is a safety sensitive position and falls under federal drug and alcohol regulations.
