In this landscape sales and design representative position, you create the entire process of designs. This calls for extreme attention to detail to ensure the design is followed through in an immaculate manner. You deal directly with customer needs and material. Strong communication skills result in client satisfaction which is a must. You will configure the estimate and deliver that estimate with any concerns or questions handled accordingly. You will discuss the final landscaping design plan to move forward with construction all while assuring the clients needs are always met.

This would be a perfect job for someone who enjoys the balance of being out in the field with some work from home. There will also be a lot of face-to-face interaction with clients, so you have to be comfortable and confident meeting new people.You can take accountable breaks to rejuvenate your creativity and hard work. Requirements

• GREAT COMMUNICATION -Above all else, you MUST be a great communicator. Direct and immediate communication with the customers and other team members.
• RELIABLE - We expect you to meet the customer’s needs in a timely and eager manner. You will need to be detailed and organized.
• HONEST - When someone lies to make themselves look better or avoid getting in trouble...that is much worse than whatever mistake you may have made. We have ZERO tolerance for dishonesty and believe in growing from our honest failures (We all make mistakes).
• COACHABLE - If you are not 100% sure how to do a task the way we want it done, just ask. We want you to bring your skills to the table, but you also must be willing to adapt to doing things the way we see best fit.
• Basic Landscape Construction Knowledge - Although this is not required, it will make things a lot easier if you already have a base knowledge in landscape construction.
• Technologically Proficient - You must be comfortable with working with files on your smartphone and computers. Basic knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite and Excel are preferred.
• Experience-1 years of landscaping design experience
• Provide a portfolio Cad/Hand Sketch Designs. Completed job photos are a plus!
• Some sales experience is required. We will train the right person to be a High percentage closer
• Ability to understand customer needs and design to a realistic budget
• Knowledge of local plants, space planning, and construction techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (good hand sketching skills ok)
• Commute to any nurseries and meet potential customers on a daily basis
