What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Florist position at Calla Lane Florals?
Calla Lane Florals is a fast-growing florist in Parker, Colorado. This position will primarily focus on our retail shop in Parker, but will also assist with weddings and events when needed. It is currently a part time, contract role.
- Client communication including sending surveys and sending emails
- Printing upcoming orders and prepping compotes and other vessels
- Store inventory management
- Scheduling shifts through scheduling platform (for all florists)
- Assist with managing the retail business
- Manage phone calls and voicemails
- Online order management
- Ordering retail flowers
- Assisting with building all retail flower arrangements and bouquets
- Assisting with pricing and marketing
Requirements
- Must have floral portfolio
- Must have experience in management
- Must have retail floral experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
