Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our Marketing Team at Callen. Reporting directly to the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and engagement through captivating visual content and strategic social media management.
Essential Responsibilities of the Digital Content Creator:
- Capture, edit, and organize high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes, ensuring consistency with the brand’s style and messaging.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Houzz, and Google My Business) using a content calendar.
- Plan and execute automated email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Engage with social media followers and monitor online conversations.
- Apply creative problem-solving and design thinking to enhance marketing solutions.
- Maintain consistency in brand style and language across all marketing efforts.
- Support of Client Relations representative with phone and CRM system, as needed.
Qualifications of the Digital Content Creator
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social/digital media marketing with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in creating captivating content for various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Marketsharp, Adobe PDF forms, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle in working order to travel to work and to various job sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided per pay period.
