We are seeking an experienced sales manager to lead our inside sales force. Our iGotcha GPS platform is the industry standard for GPS Tracking in the Vehicle Finance/BHPH space. Our sales team is comprised of Inside Phone Sales Reps, Remote Home-Based reps all of which are true Hunters selling our platform subscription services. This position will require a hands-on sales leader who will be able to manage day to day sales operations including managing the floor within our Salesforce instance, ensuring sales processes and phone metrics are followed and impactful. Must have the ability to train on our products, platforms and processes as well as personally closing business where necessary. This position will report to the VP of Sales Operations. Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications

Manage, Train and Lead our Inside Sales

Weekly call calibrations and pipeline reviews

Promote a high energy dynamic performance environment

Continuous business development for the product line by assisting in sales process or closing business.

Work and manage within Salesforce CRM system.

Develop and deliver campaigns working with the VP of Sales Operations and Marketing Department

Create and administer introductory evaluations, performance appraisals, daily performance reports.

4-6 years Sales Experience with 1-2 years Sales Supervisory/Management Required. A plus if background is in SaaS Solutions or GPS related sales.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive initial engagement, conduct analysis, provide solutions, and close business.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $60k with commission and monthly performance bonuses

  • 1st year expected earnings $75k-$85k (uncapped)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k (with employer match)
  • This position is an office based position at our corporate HQ in Clearwater FL
