What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Rep position at CALLS PLUS?
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to support our Federal, State and local government clients, and become a part of a friendly work environment that values teamwork and collaboration. Our Bilingual Customer Service Associates work directly with callers to identify and solve problems, provide counseling and case intake, dispatch maintenance technicians and assist customers with healthcare and housing issues. We also provide School Safety hotlines nationwide, saving lives every day.
Some college required, experience in counseling or social work a plus.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
