Calm’s marketing team is working to lead the conversation around mental health. We’re curious about our consumers, their challenges, and how Calm can be a true tool for transformation. We are a highly cross-functional and collaborative team, developing work that sparks a cultural dialogue, expands what Calm is in the minds of consumers, and makes meaningful connections to the brand across the globe.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do
The VP of Brand Marketing will solidify Calm’s standing as the #1 mental health brand through a combination of world-class creative, content, product, and brand marketing experiences. This role will report into the Chief Content Officer, collaborate closely with Calm leadership, and lead a team responsible for managing and shaping consumer perception of the Calm brand, ultimately enabling us to reach and support many millions more people on their mental health journey. Minimum Requirements
The anticipated salary range for this position is $300,000 - $350,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity comprehensive benefits 401k flexible time off.
