Behavioral Health Assistant 

Pay $17.00/hr

Full-time days and overnights

At our Lake Ozark, Missouri campus our focus lies in tackling intricate challenges such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship hurdles, mental health nuances, and much more – all while maintaining an unwavering focus on family-centered healing. Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Behavioral Health Assistants that wants to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team offering guidance and support to adolescents and their families. 

• Walking students through their day-to-day activities
• Ensuring alignment with their treatment plan that our therapists create for them
• Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment team
• Consistent and thorough documentation and reporting
• Crisis prevention and management
• Maintaining a safe environment for clients
• Participate in staff bonding and house bonding activities
• Daily light housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning up/putting things away, dishes, etc.
• Enforcing a positive environment and being a role model

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred, but not required. 
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass criminal investigation background check
• Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships.
