Job Description:
- Experienced Java Developer IV (Javascript/Java) who has substantial UI/UX experience. The candidate should have exposure and/or experience for developing applications as a member of a team, setting up and configuring systems for each client's unique requirements and delivering technology solutions for browsers.
- As a full-stack devloper, the contractor will be working with several technologies/tools, including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, BootstrapJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, Git, Nexus & IntelliJ. The position will need to participate with project management, application architects and enterprise architects in leading customer project engagements. Having a UI/UX focus, this position will be key in helping our team evolve to take on the future of our applications
- This contractor will put together a plan for our custom applications user experience, develop a library of screen elements and a style guide. He/she will perform data analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for task assignments using key principles, tools and processes such as specializing in software and problem diagnosis and leading and planning technical software implementation processes.
- This position will also require strong soft skills such as; creativity, productivity and performance focus, problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude, cross-functional teams clear communication, customer-oriented and a collaborative spirit, proactivity in automating processes, curious and a continuous hunger for learning new innovative ways developing applications, an analytical mind, creativity and an open-minded attitude.
- Under the direction of the BTM Manager and Business Architect, Java Developer IV is responsible for performing task assignments to deliver technology. This development strategy is imperative in order to meet the business demand of delivering efficient custom solutions thus supporting the business in a timely manner.
