This position involves primarily in-office work, some on-site , and occasional travel for customer support. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.

What you'll do as a Information Security Analyst II :
- Making the customer your top priority at all times, you will provide exceptional service according to technical requests.
- Work as part of the InfoSec Team ; defending networks at scale .
- W ork security ticket escalations from Security Analysts I .
- Assist in deploying, supporting , and tuning our security stack.
- Continued process improvement ; identify improvements to the security stack and automation .
- Escalate security tickets to Security Analysts III when necessary .
- Support established Incident Response/Threat Response Team processes .
- Provide guidance and support to Security Analyst I and newly promoted Security Analyst II employees.
- Collaborate with other IT and account team members to provide best-in-class service.
- Some after-hours work is required for this position.
What skills you'll need:
- Current CompTIA Cybersecurity Analysts ( CySA ) and Security certifications are required before your start date.
- M ust complete and maintain a n A and a Net certification within 6 months of your start date.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of cybersecurity experience.
- Demonstrated s elf -motivated problem solver.
- You also have excellent communication skills.
