As our Creative Lead, you will oversee the practical needs of the ministry and lead creatively in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of our church communications. You will play a crucial role in visually communicating the mission of the church as you lead our design team in crafting creative expressions of our communication efforts.

Responsibilities include 

• Oversight of the creation and delivery of all graphic design and creative art projects. Including, but not limited to, influencing video production for marketing, physical art installations, and digital communication elements on websites, social media, and church gatherings. 
• Setting and maintaining standards for ministry execution of visual communication elements.
• Implement the effective building, training, and leading of the design team and creative volunteer teams.
• Collaborating with ministry teams, turning conceptual ideas into thoughtfully designed assets, and setting CCCM's aesthetic and brand purpose. 
• Physical presence at Calvary Chapel events and church gatherings as a public facing connection point for church members and visitors. 
• Collaborate in the development and utilization of our website and applicable mobile apps and tools to maximize their potential for our church’s discipleship journey while also providing an inviting digital front door for those outside our church.
• Build and manage the Creative budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and track key performance indicators for CCCM with regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you'll need strong project and time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivate, and a keen eye for detail. Expertise in the Adobe CC suite, hands-on crafting skills, and a portfolio showcasing design mastery are essential.
