POSITION OVERVIEW: The Controls Field Lead serves as the main facilitator for project production and Controls service. Their responsibility includes the oversight of field technicians, service calls and projects to ensure a quality product while supporting a teamwork environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Quality Control
• Provide support to the Controls team
• Oversee the performance of the technicians on your team
• Coordinate the schedule with the Assistant Project Manager and Dispatchers
• Technical Support for your team
• Ensure jobs are completed on time
• Ensure all safety policies & procedures are followed
• First line of communication for the techs, along with the assigned APM & Dispatcher
• Develop and grow your team

Follows all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by Calvert Controls.

Required Qualifications

• Local 602 Journeyman license
• Valid Drivers license
• Must be able to obtain a DOT certificate
• Must be able to pass a background check to enter Government facilities
• OSHA 10 or 30
• CFC Universal

• HVAC Mechanical experience
• HVAC Programming experience
• Familiar with the Honeywell Product Line
• Familiar with the Johnson Controls Product Line
• Attention to detail and organization
• Experience using a service software
