Job Responsibilities:
To go above and beyond industry service standards by giving great service and create a lasting, positive impression so guests want to come back.
To know your food menu, liquor, and beer selections in order to suggestively sell all items.
To greet, welcome, thank and invite our guests back, ensuring an enjoyable visit by everyone.
To anticipate the guests' needs and wants.
To accommodate the guests' time restrictions by giving prompt, courteous service.
To take accurate food and beverage orders to ensure guests get exactly what they ask for.
To act as a final quality check on food and beverages before they are served.
To assist management by informing them of maintenance problems and any guest issues.
To assist your colleagues in keeping your working areas clean and maintained.
To properly pre-bus your tables of all unneeded plates, silverware, and glassware.
To complete any side work and/or opening/closing duties as assigned.
To demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.
To be a team player. This includes offering and asking for help, running food, for coworkers if necessary.

Educational requirements:
High School or GED
At least 2 years of server experience preferred
Must be able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, all Holidays and Saturdays and Sundays are required

Hourly: $8.98/hour plus tips and gratuities
