We are looking for Backend Java developers.
1. Education: New Grad with a Master/BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics
2. Working experience: coding experience; At least utilize one of the core skills in the past(shown on the resume)
3. Accept OPT/OPT extension, CPT, Sponsor H1B
Job Description:
- Java, 8 or 11 preferred
- Knowledge of J2EE and Spring MVC frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-tiered application development, and familiarity with design considerations such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), performance, scalability, reusability and flexibility
- Proven ability to work through deadlines and meet time constraints
- Proven skills on brainstorming and communicating technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management
- Willingness to go the extra mile and work in a startup-like culture
Nice to have:
- Expertise with relational databases, preferably Oracle
- Expertise with noSQL databases, preferably Cassandra
- Extensive experience with web application servers such as Tomcat or Jetty
- Experience with high traffic eCommerce applications, or online merchandising web sites
- Working knowledge of software development methods and processes including Waterfall and Agile development practices
- Previous experience with implementation
