We are currently searching for a Label Application Operator. This position will require a high level of attention to detail in applying printed product labels to plastic containers. The label application operator will use automatic and semi automatic label application machines. This operator needs the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic machine issues.  This position may also be used as a flexible resource in our warehouse and production facilities. 

Pay Rate:  $17-$20 an Hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate automatic and semi automatic label application machines 
• Ensure applied labels meet quality standards
• Trouble shoot and solve basic machine problems
• Manage the flow of materials for in-house label application
• Operate pallet jack
• Support Inventory Management System to ensure accuracy
• Perform monthly cycle counts
• Help Organize and ship sample kits to prospective customers
• Support the movement of materials between warehouse and production facility

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards
• Good attention to detail
• Basic mathematical arithmetic
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Scanning and sort incoming and outgoing stock
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking
• Pulling, packing, and loading
• Basic label application machine operation - preferred
• Requires the ability to visually differentiate colors in detail
