Job Posting for CCP - Compensation Manager at Cam Staff
The Program Manager (PM) works with Compensation Leadership and other members of Compensation and HR to develop and implement compensation strategies, practices, and programs. As part of the Compensation team, the Program Manager is the owner of specific Compensation program(s), driving ongoing management of the program, continuous improvement and program design & enhancements.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Work autonomously yet collaboratively, with minimal guidance from VP and Executive Directors of Compensation, on major initiatives that link compensation programs to overall compensation philosophy and corporate culture.
Manage assigned compensation programs and also complex projects which are typically larger in scope, have greater sensitivity, and more visibility within the organization.
Manage the work for a team dedicated to assigned programs and also project-specific cross-functional team members assigned to compensation initiatives.
Be the subject matter expert on their respective programs, assigned projects, and general compensation practices.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field
1 year HR related leadership experience
2 years demonstrated program and project management expertise
8 years relevant and progressive compensation experience with subject matter expertise in wage & hour laws, principles of compensation/salary administration, complex modeling, program design and administration and job evaluation methodology, inclusive of demonstrated experience providing strategic consultative guidance to solve complex compensation issues
Proficient in computer skills and applications
Knowledge of information systems/applications relevant to Human Resources systems
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
