- Configuring a web application using SQL and a web-based user interface based on technical specifications and instructions given in tickets
- Creating ad-hoc reports using SQL
- Integrating data from multiple data sets, examining and interpret complex data sets and making findings relevant and actionable for both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up, deploying, configuring, and monitoring multiple systems using web-based dashboards and querying application logs
- Providing timely, accurate and reliable management reporting and research of data
- Creating innovative solutions to a range of complex data requests
- Assisting in the development of additional information system projects, as needed
- Verifying data quality to ensure accurate reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent data and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve challenges and the ability to meet detailed project goals while working autonomously.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly organize thoughts and/or document content and convey complex concepts effectively regardless of audience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and other database tools
- Familiarity with Python is a plus
