Job Overview:
Lexia seeks a data-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team. The Regional Demand Generation Manager, you will develop and execute demand generation strategic campaigns utilizing advanced marketing programs and ABM techniques.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Demand Generation, you will be responsible for building and executing supplemental acquisition, demand generation, and conversion programs in close collaboration with field and solutions marketers to support pipeline progression and demand for Lexia's full suite of products.
The ideal marketer will have experience executing full-funnel, B2B marketing programs and expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, digital advertising, website conversion, and content-driven programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional supplemental acquisition, demand generation and conversion programs for key personas. Tactics include paid search, paid social, SEO, digital advertising, website conversion, and email
- Collaborate with Marketing (Brand, National, and Regional Marketing teams), Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional colleagues to define and execute strategies and tactics to drive pipeline progression
- Work in conjunction with Field and Solutions marketing team members to identify and develop regionalized content to be used in conversion programs
- Regularly analyze and report on program KPIs and metrics and use that data to identify opportunities to optimize and improve programs
- Provide highly disciplined and organized project management and excellent communication across functional teams
- Partner with marketing operations and shared services to drive marketing database strategy and execute programs
- Implement account-based marketing methodologies to the overall demand generation strategy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience delivering digital programs that accelerate and expand sales pipeline through B2B demand generation marketing
- Proven experience in a wide variety of inbound/outbound marketing disciplines, including paid social media, paid and organic search, advertising, retargeting, email, and direct marketing
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, paired with experience in platforms and tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics, to create reports and dashboards that inform data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization to share learnings based on data and to define strategy and rally a team around key plays
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and own each project plan throughout its lifecycle
- Take initiative and functions effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
- Experience with SaaS products in K-12 is a plus, coupled with K-12 industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with territory planning, account planning, and strategy
- ABM experience preferred
