The Position*
This position would be to join the Lean-Agile Transformation team with our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Specifically, we are helping our client break down their “working silos” to set technology strategy more efficiently across the enterprise. Regular travel would be required.
We are looking for a candidate to:
- Lead large cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and business personnel, as well and vendors and contractors
- Build project plans, manage project budgets, risks and issues and all factors contributing to the health of the project
- Works with the team to develop, execute, and refine a change management strategy and plan.
- Develop approaches to solving key client business issues by determining client needs and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
- Ensure achievement of performance goals by overseeing the quality of deliverables and managing team relationships
- Manage discovery and communications processes for the identification, resolution and mitigation of risks and issues
Requirements and Work Experience
*
7 years’ consulting experience, with the most recent being in Health & Human Services (i.e, child welfare, child support enforcement, and/or child services) preferred
- 5 years’ experience in strategic planning in complex environments
- Experience in business process re-engineering
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Education and Relevant Work Experiences

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- SAFe/Scrum certifications preferred but not required
- Prosci certification preferred but not required
