Assistant Position

Position: Assistant (Office and Field Operations)

Location: Flexible (Office-based and Field-based)

Responsibilities:

1. Office Tasks:
   • Manage administrative duties such as answering phones, handling emails, and organizing files.
   • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
   • Coordinate office supplies inventory and orders.
   • Support the team with data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Field Support and Document and Supplies Delivery:
   • Deliver crucial documents and materials to various sites managed by the company.
   • Assist in coordinating security personnel for field operations as needed.
   • Provide logistical support for field assignments, including equipment preparation.
   • Liaise with site managers to ensure timely and accurate documents and supplies delivery.
   • Conduct occasional site visits to facilitate communication and address any on-site needs.

Requirements:

• Open to work 1^st (0700-1500) and 2^nd Shift (1500-2300)
• Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Own transportation.
• Familiarity with security procedures and protocols (a plus but not required).
