Strong ability to manage a classroom of young children required. Please submit a resume and brief cover letter sharing why you would excel in this position for consideration.
CHP’s holistic philosophy focuses on growth for the whole child – meaning their cognitive, physical, and social/emotional well-being are all viewed as equally important in a child’s developmental growth. Methodologies are viewed as tools in a teacher’s toolbox rather than imperatives to be followed at all times. Students and their interests can drive and inform our teaching, but it is the responsibility of the teacher as the expert in the classroom to guide the students toward growth. We believe in a structured and organized classroom environment, so that young children can predict and understand their daily schedule. The directors are there to guide and help teachers so that they have the methods and skills to drive student success.
At Camelback Holistic Preschool, we believe the teacher, their knowledge, and their experience are the backbone of a successful classroom. We respect and value our teachers as professionals and are looking for a top-quality educator to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a true desire to grow their career in early childhood education.
