How You’ll Make an Impact

• Translate the Operations Strategy, and company vision for excellence in Production, into easily understood and measurable daily processes for error free delivery of customer orders on time, every time and prompt resolution of open concerns
• Operate as the businesses thought leader and the common hub for capturing and communicating both lessons learned and Production best practice expectations
• Lead the Production Team(s) across all business/production processes and communicate lessons learned to Mid-Hudson Valley facility/team
• Continuously improve Production business systems to ensure budget, quality and delivery expectations are tracked, reported and met across the project delivery lifecycle
• Serve as the escalation path for critical decision making and prioritization ensuring the Production Team’s contribution to the overall daily success of the business
• Understand and train Production Team on Camelot Print & Copy Centers products, equipment, shipping & facility
• Participate in Camelot Print & Copy Centers philanthropic initiatives

What You Must Bring to This Role

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
• Associates degree from a 2-year college and/or 4-years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - desired
• Demonstrated success rapidly building and maintaining relationships and effectively leading teams both functionally and cross-functionally within an organization - required
• Past success coaching and mentoring (both business & culture) teams - required
• Demonstrated verbal and written communications strength, analytical thinking, personal organization and interpersonal dynamics - required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources and teams at the same time while prioritizing deliverables day-to-day - required
• A desire to continue learning, with proven success learning quickly and translating learning into practice and results - required
• A history of exceptional attention to detail and commitment to "doing things right the first time" - required
• Demonstrated success working with technical/mechanical devices - required
• Experience in production operations, safety and security protocols - required
• Proven success defining problems, collecting data, deducing facts, and drawing valid conclusions - required
• Strength with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) - required

Working Conditions & Physical Efforts

• Intellectually intense, fasted paced and often changing environment
• Work is performed in an interior warehouse and production environment
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
• Visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with leadership & customers
• Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment
• This role requires moderate physical effort and has limited exposure to physical risk
• This role requires regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds 
• Transportation to and from work locations
