Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post provided content on various social media platforms according to the weekly plan.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to messages and comments promptly.
Regularly update stories with products from the MJ store and gift shop.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content.
Assist in scouting models, locations, and photographers for photoshoots.
Participate in photoshoots and assist as needed.
Comfortable being on camera for creating content, including live videos at MJ/Camille events when required.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back area as needed.
Utilize programs like Canva for content creation and design tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online audiences.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
Comfortable with being on camera and potentially speaking in live videos.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn about products and effectively communicate their features.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Must have a keen eye and be able to work with speed and efficiency.
Note: Training will be provided for product knowledge and specific social media strategies. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company and contribute to the development of our brand's online presence.
