Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced, rewarding summer job? Camp Champions is looking for an organized, amiable Office Assistant to keep the camp operations running smoothly. Beyond greeting office visitors and answering phone calls and emails, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the way we run our camp office.
Responsibilities for Office Assistant
- Provide camper families with necessary information about camp
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence, especially the sorting and distribution of mail
- Create and update databases and records for campers & families
- Track & replace office supplies as necessary
- Assist with the overall daily operation of the summer camp
- You also have the opportunity to participate in other areas of camp life, like activity periods and evening program! We offer a 2-week long orientation prior to the start of camp (May 19-June 1) in which you will be trained in office duties and get to know all other camp staff.

This job begins between May 14th-May 21st and runs through August 10th. On-site housing and 3 meals/day are included for the duration of contracted dates.
