**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor pproperty.

Weedwacking

lawnmower

Trash Removal

- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems

- Work with logic controllers for automation systems

- Welding tasks as needed

- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding maintenance staff

- Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure safety and functionality

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role

- Strong electrical skills for repairs and installations

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery

- Ability to work with logic controllers for automation systems

- Proficiency in welding techniques

- Excellent leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff effectively

- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $14.34 - $15.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Yellow Spring, WV 26865 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Yellow Spring, WV 26865: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
