CONTINUUM Applied Technology, a division of CAMP, is the provider of the CORRIDOR software suite, which is one of the most widely used ERP systems for business aviation aircraft service centers. Job Summary

CONTINUUM Applied Technology, a division of CAMP, is in search of a Sr. Director of Software Engineering to join our collaborative team of developers, serving as a mentor and coach, helping others achieve new heights in their careers through development, training, and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & Own the Technology implementation of our next generation FBO business platform.
• Work with Support and Business stakeholders to ensure continued operation of existing FBO software and deployments.
• Collaborate with other Technology leaders within the EIS group & CAMP to drive best practices & leverage existing services/code.
• Communicate Architecture & support teams with their efforts to utilize the agreed upon approach.
• Help document and coordinate inter-related deliverables to drive desired outcomes.
• Lead new technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or relevant experience.
• Player/Coach - High performance team leader, delivers on-time.
• Development Management experience - 10 years.
• Mentor's teams in SOLID principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFE environment.
• Experience with Cloud native application development.
• Experience running a QA organization.
• Experience Driving DevOps Transformations.
