Job Posting for Manager of Individual Giving and Donor Development at Campaign against hunger
The Manager of Individual Giving and Donor Development reports to the Director of Development and Communication and will play a critical role in advancing TCAH?s $5 million individual, corporate, and foundation grants portfolio and annual fundraising goals. The Manager will be expected to meet annual goals to move donors into the next level of relationship with the organization. Responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual and corporate donors and prospects, managing a donor portfolio, conducting donor visits, prospect tracking, and proposal writing. The Manager will help drive strategic external relationships with current, and prospective donors, and foundation and government partners as TCAH continues to expand and scale. The incumbent will need a dual lens of relationship-building, strong organizational skills, and a successful track record in individual giving and donor management. The Manager is also a strong writer capable of evolving TCAH?s grant narratives to institutional partners. This will be accomplished under the guidance of the Director of Development and Communications, CEO, and other leadership.
The Manager is part of TCAH?s leadership team and participates in the strategy, planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of TCAH?s fundraising activities and initiatives. The Manager of Individual Giving and Donor Development position requires a proven, forward-thinking individual to develop and maintain donor programs with proactive leadership and vision. The ideal candidate has strong fundraising acumen and an unwavering commitment to fighting food and economic insecurity within underserved communities.
