Rental coordinator

Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Rental customer activities : receive and make calls, answers questions, quotes rates and sale prices

Assists customers choose correct equipment models and sizes for application and jobsite requirements

Maintains proactive / creative attitude to increase rental sales activity

Schedules / coordinates equipment transportation

Updates rental transactions and contract information in Dealer Business System

Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department

Investigates and resolves customer issues with equipment deliveries, repairs, billing and other related items

Assists outside Sales Representatives as necessary.

Ensures that safety practices are a part of everyone's daily routine

Required Qualifications :

Math, reading, writing, and typing skills

Flexible with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks

Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience

Required

2 years : Experience with heavy construction equipment either in construction or rental operation

2 years : Previous customer service experience in a wholesale or retail operation
