What We Need From You

• Be an Residential or Commercial painter with 3-5 years of experience.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Positive, no negative mindset or victim mentality.
• Professional and Presentable, The way you present yourself is a direct reflection on the company. You know the importance of impressions and show up every day professional and presentable. You never get a 2nd chance at a 1st impression.
• Willing to learn, being open to learning a new and better way to deliver for our customers.

To Succeed in this Role

• Expert with the paintbrush and can cut in clean lines
• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Can operate paint sprayers
• Train apprentices
• Able to communicate with the office
• Insurable drivers license
• Knowledge of paints and products
• Excellent customer service and communicate with the customer
• Accurately order paint and materials

The Basic Details about this Residential and Commercial Painter opportunity

• Pay Scale $25-$30 per hour
• Checks provided every Friday
• 7 days paid time off
• Monthly company breakfast
• Working Monday-Friday(extremely rare to work weekend)
• Working during the daytime(extremely rare to work nights)
• Leadership training
