General Summary
The Director of DSD Business Services has responsibility for creating and managing the strategic execution of IDP business services. The Director of DSD Business Services will lead a team of 64 employees and is responsible for developing a superior customer service model and fostering exceptional relationships with our front-line retail execution partners. Business Services include Distributor Support (phone/email hotlines), Route Sales transactions, IDP Communications, and Customer Deductions. In addition, this role will collaborate closely with finance and the Route Account Management team to provide an elevated experience for IDPs.
A successful Director of IDP Business Services will have strong leadership and communication skills. They should have a balance of strong customer service skills, change management skills, and negotiation skills.
Principal Responsibilities:
Own Business Services P&L including collection of IDP fees and management of service outflows to IDPs
Embed IDP Service Mentality throughout entire team at all touch points and services with the goal of creating a positive IDP experience through exceptional communication and content creation
Drive improvements to create effective IDP change management related to financial and customer service policy
Lead strategic effort to embed technology to reduce service costs while improving quality and speed of delivery
Manages route transaction teams, DSD service center, and IDP communications
Collaborate with finance and the Route Account Management team to provide an elevated experience for IDPs
Embed Campbell's Tapestry into the organization and celebrate the progress
Elevate inclusion and diversity as a strength throughout the organization

Job Specifications:
B.A. required, 10 years of relevant experience
DSD Consumer Package Goods sales and Independent Distributor experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation and experience
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams that report both directly and indirectly
Ability to effectively represent and negotiate with external providing services to the company and distributors
Ability to drive change management and results
Ability to engage and develop skills of team members
Strong collaboration & cross-functional engagement
Strong process driven orientation and ability to deliver on strategic vision
Working Conditions
This role requires being in the Hanover office.
Modest travel to headquarters and field locations is expected.
Physical Demands
