Skilled RV Service Technician
Camping USA is looking for an enthusiastic go-getter who is mechanically inclined to take on the role of RV Service Technician. We believe in honesty, integrity and a hard day’s work. This is an excellent position for someone with RV, autobody, appliance and/or marine repair experience looking for a change in scenery and pace. The Roles and Responsibilities of this Camping USA Team Member include:
- Perform all day to day tasks related to service, maintenance and repair of RV’s inside and out (except for engine drive train work)
- Assist with all tasks related to service department intake and customer relations
- Work diligently on earning a variety of RV certifications

Skills & Requirements necessary to perform this position:
- High school diploma welcomed, not required
- Minimum 3 years RV, appliance or similar technician experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
- Driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to move items with hand trucks, pallet jacks and dollies
- Ability to climb and scale ladders and scaffolding
- Basic mechanic and power tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Ability to work in small areas and on vehicle rooftops
- Comfortable working with technology
- Proficient typing/computer skills to perform duties accurately
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent attendance

Camping USA hours of operations range from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9:00 to 4:00 p.m., depending on the season. This position can be part-time, seasonal or full-time dependent upon the candidates availability, skill sets and attitude. We are looking to build the next generation of Master RV Technicians that value work-life balance, being part of a team and the camping community and the feeling of a hard day’s work.

Compensation and Benefits Include:
$25-$35/hr depending on experience
