Camping World is now hiring Call Center Email Chat and Customer Service Representatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships and installations via phone, email and chat.
- Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of service or product offered. This includes but not limited to Good Sam Club memberships, Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's product, etc.
- Provide exemplary customer service on every customer engagement, including but not limited to: Calls, emails, social media and any other type of communication; paying attention to detail and responding with first class customer service.
- Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation.
- Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members as needed.
- Update membership system, email system and phone support system with required customer information, notating accounts as necessary.
- Cross training may be necessary to perform other duties as needed
