These hydrogen fuel cells will increase productivity, lower operational costs and allow zero emissions to be released into the environment. The Field Service Technician (On-Site in MacClenny, FL) will support fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance, installations, and resolving breakdowns at a specific location. This person will also be responsible for reporting breakdown events and ordering parts. This position also requires a great amount of exposure to customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, which requires technical skills knowledge, as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
Core Responsibilities:
· Testing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and diagnostic experience.
· Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
· Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a specific location.
· Completing administrative duties & documentation, including: incident reports, service logs, inventory maintenance and site and system documentation.
· Purchasing tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required.
· Providing regular feedback to regional service representatives regarding fuel cell performance and field maintenance issues.
· Exhibiting and enforcing safety procedures in the field or customer sites.
· Some travel required per business needs (Valid DL & clean driving record required)
