PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The SAP HCM Specialist will gather requirements, analyze, design, estimate, prioritize, build, test, implement and maintain the required functionality within SuccessFactors in support of business requirements, processes and procedures.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from diverse group of stakeholders
- Maintaining and supporting SuccessFactors BIZX, LMS and Security Modules as well as other various HR applications
- Exhibit technical experience with SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and integrations with a focus on Learning Mgmt. System and Authorizations
- Experience with PMP, Integration Center, familiarity with SF API / OData Dictionary a plus
- Manage incidents, problems and change requests related to HR applications, collaborate with the clients and documenting resolution information
- Provide recommendations on process and system improvements
- Creating and/or updating SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and business process procedures documentation
- Participate in creation of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure traceability of requirements back to business need
- Participate in rotational on call 24*7 support
- Assist with creating user guides and training
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of Business Analysis within SuccessFactors (BIZX, LMS) and SAP environment.
- Excellent understanding of Success Factors platform design, architecture and release processes
- Expertise in facilitation, negotiation, gaining consensus and managing conflict of diverse stakeholder groups
Knowledge of railway operations and processes an asset

Management Conductor Program:
