Our Walnut Creek, CA office is conveniently located near public transportation (Pleasant Hill BART), is ideally situated for bicycle commuters and is located near an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area.

The office has a free, secure parking garage and complementary tasty drinks, healthy snacks and catered lunches two days per week.

Hybrid office hours available with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator assists the team to ensure that shipments are processed accurately and in compliance with internal requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Complete daily SAP reporting with accuracy.
• Pack / Unpack transact SAP Delivery Notices.
• Research and complete Post Goods Issue in SAP.
• Manage our POD upload web portal and assure carriers submit PODs in a timely manner.
• Confirm validity of PODs regarding date, signature etc.
• Audit POD against internal records (tracking logs).
• Assist with transacting rework projects.
• Assist with credit releases.
• Assist with freight invoice auditing.

Qualifications and Experience :

• BA or AA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLookup, basic formulas)
• Experience with SAP required.
• Detail oriented, organized, self motivated and independent.
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with conventional logistics contracts and pricing, notably warehousing, ocean, FTL / LTL

This is a full time position.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 $85,000 This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include bonuses or incentives that pay quarterly or benefits that may apply.

The pay range for this role is subject to change.
