We are looking for a full time Offset Press Operator to join our advertising team at our Outlet Center location in Reading, PA. As part of the print shop team you will produce high quality printed products for our corporate and store locations.
Job Requirements
- Set up and operate small offset printing press, including loading paper, adjusting ink levels, and ensuring proper alignment of plates and paper.
- Complete various pre-press and finishing operations, including: plate making, paper cutting, stitching, and folding.
- Monitor quality throughout production runs, ensuring accurate and consistent printing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and area by completing daily housekeeping assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 years’ experience and/or training in small sheet-fed offset press operation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working with Windows based computer operations.
- Ability to fill, lift, stack cartons in excess of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
