Job Description:
Role Overview: As an SAP S/4HANA Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of S/4HANA Line of Business Workstream Solution Architects aligning and orchestrating a company’s business processes and making sure that the SAP S/4HANA system is used to its full capability based on a customer’s business requirements. A second crucial role that is to work with the team of S/4HANA Line of Business Workstream Solution Architects along with SAP BTP and WRICEF Technology Solution Architects to define the integration points within SAP’s domains and non-SAP while leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
As the SAP S/4HANA Lead Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and expertise to project workstream teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA solutions, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and technical feasibility. Develop solution architectures, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and address concerns. Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and senior management.
Best Practices: Stay current with SAP S/4HANA latest developments, best practices, and industry trends. Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and drive digital transformation.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP S/4HANA implementations. Proactively address issues and challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or related domain field. Master's degree preferred.
SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, with a track record of successful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
Process Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
